What is it?
The aha! Sitecore Provider Data Connector helps healthcare systems integrate 3rd party managed provider and location data with Sitecore’s DXP to efficiently manage their data and create flexible and seamless customer experiences that deliver results.
What does it do?
The Connector integrates into your Sitecore instance and provides out-of-the-box connectivity between 3rd party data management platforms and Sitecore, allowing healthcare systems to:
Import provider data into Sitecore and configure to meet your system’s implementation needs.
Manage data between 3rd party data sources and Sitecore through scheduled or ad-hoc synchronization of selected or all provider records.
Monitor and Analyze provider data through automated notifications and event reporting to track key actions including added, updated, and removed providers.
Leverage provider data throughout the content ecosystem to associate with patient education, marketing, and other content to drive appointment conversions.
Curate provider listings to ensure the right doctors appear at the right steps in the patient journey to increase conversions.

What are the technical requirements?
As a Sitecore Technology Alliance Partner, aha! built the Connector to be compatible with Sitecore 9.0 and above, both Content Hub and Media Library, and preferred Content Delivery Networks (CDN). It can connect with the Kyruus API v9 through Sitecore XM or Sitecore XP.
